This is a great book for those starting or working in a compliance program, regardless of the role. Each chapter covers a step with an illustration from the author's personal life. with a good subject about kindness. Goes into extreme nit picky detail that is totally unnecessary and worse yet, doesn't place emphasis on the important stuff. I long for more of the good stuff like the "Justice" series. I felt bad for McKnight being dragged into a case he didn't really want, but wanted to help out his friend.
